BACnet - 'Figure 8' LED is showing a '0'?

If the LED is displaying a '0' the unit has lost it's programing and firmware the following are possible cause's of this:

- If the battery came lose in transit or was replaced whilst the unit was powered down, the unit will loose it's programming and will need to be returned for reprogramming.
- If the 'Format' button is pressed the unit will also need to be returned for reprogramming. (IP Settings are retained but will not be able to communicate between C-Bus and BACnet Protocols).
