Consisting of a talented group of engineers, the Level 2 Team is experienced in automation architectures, product implementation and just about everything covered in the user manual.
         
         

        Customers can access this dedicated team directly by calling our 1300 number and selecting option 2 in the menu. If our local team is unable to answer your question they will escalate the case to our extensive global tech support network. This means you get to go right to the source of our product design and manufacture if need be.

        Our highly trained Australian team provides support for our entire suite of products. Since the team first came together, many improvements have been made in just about every area. Some of the significant changes include case management software, case handling and escalating along with improvements to the phone queuing system.
