While registering for the MySE portal a message appears 'IMS authentication error' when I enter my email address. What does this mean?

Please visit the web address: https://www.myseau.schneider-electric.com and click on "Register".
 
Enter your email address and it will prompt for your password as you might have registered the same email address on another Schneider program / Software.
 
If you can't recall the password please visit the below link to reset:
https://ims.wsecure.schneider-electric.com/globalextranet/pages/public/forgotPassword.jsf  
 
Once the password is received, please visit the registration link again and re-enter the email address and password to proceed with the registration.
 
Your Account number is: XXXXXXXXXX
 
Once you have registered please reply back to this email so that we can finalize your access.
