Ask a Question

Can I install movement detectors in a corridor?

To ensure the efficiency of movement detectors, the movement of people must be detected at right angles to the detection beams, as shown in the instructions.

In narrow corridors, movement occurs in line with the devices, which then have difficulty detecting that movement and operate randomly. In this case, it is preferable to use ARGUS presence detectors that have a much higher sensitivity (however, since configuration in narrow corridors is the most difficult, tests are recommended).
