What documentation is required by Schneider Electric Australia regarding warranty claims for Schneider Electric Grid Tie or Battery Based Inverters?

Scan of proof of purchase displaying installation date or Photo of Inverter plate including serial number and date of manufacture
Scan of the completed Clipsal by Schneider Electric - PRODUCT FAULT REPORT - SOLAR.pdf form filled out by appropriate CEC accredited installer/service agent. 

Complete both side of the attached PRODUCT FAULT REPORT - SOLAR.pdf
Email it to Schneider Electric Australia Technical Support

NOTE: Battery Based Inverters are required to be installed/serviced by off-grid accredited installers/service agents.
