SILC - Sometimes pressing a button does not turn on the circuit

This is typically caused when someone else has pressed a button at the same time or in the process of holding a button to dim, when two buttons are pressed at the same time only one of them is able to send the command on the network, the other button is not able to send a command un till the release of the other.

- If you are having this issue and can confirm that only one button is being pressed you may have a problem with the SILC Power supply.
- If it's the same button you keep having the issue with and all others function correctly the Push Button may have a connection problem.

In these two case's we advise you to call the original installer or a qualified electrician to investigate further.
