PUSH - RMA - Warranty Process for PUSH Hardware

For warranty claims and returns of faulty hardware:
- 1: you will need to contact level 2 Technical Support (1300 722 247) for our Technical staff to run though the normal recovery procedures and/or confirm the hardware to be faulty.
- 2: you will then need to contact the Customer Care Centre to process the RMA you will need the Original Invoice Number, Item Code, Item Quantity and reason for return.
- 3: the items will then need to be returned, Customer Care can arrange a courier for this also.

If you have purchased hardware that is no longer required and wish to return:
- 1: you will then need to contact the Customer Care Centre to process the RMA you will need the Original Invoice Number, Item Code, Item Quantity and reason for return.
- 2: you will need to organise the return of the product to the specified location from Customer Care at your own cost.
