The MAC Address missing on CTCv3 after setting IP and Rebooting?

This is due to the format the IP address is entered into the CTC. The method of input we suggest is to enter the IP address as (example) 192.168.2.1 rather than 192.168.002.001. Entering the latter will invoke the problem whereby the MAC and IP details are not visable upon reboot.
If you have the situation where the MAC and IP details are missing, go into the network settings, click on 'Static IP' and enter the IP, Subnet and Gateway again as the first example and reboot, this will restore the correct settings and show the MAC address again.
